sabre/dav 1.8.11 release

We just released sabre/dav 1.8.11.

This release ships with the sabre/vobject 2.1.6, which fixes some issues with parameter escaping. It also fixes a small issue in the DAV client.

Upgrade sabre/dav by running:

composer update sabre/dav
