sabre/dav 2.1.6 released

We just released sabre/dav 2.1.6.

This release fixes Windows Phone 8 compatibility with CalDAV, as well as a problem in the database migration script for pre-2.1 databases.

Update sabre/dav by running:

composer update sabre/dav
